We take pride in our success of ensuring worker health and safety. The company has an active Health & Safety Committee that meets monthly to discuss possible health and safety issues at the factory. The committee reviews accidents if they occur and recommends steps for prevention of such incidents in the future. With co-operation from the HR Department, the committee also conducts training events to encourage health and safety awareness amongst workers through fire drills, first aid training, cleanliness and hygiene awareness programmes and use of Personal Protective Equipment. The factory also has a registered doctor (MBBS) on a full-time basis for any form of emergency.
